Lee

For Palm Creek Resort and Residences: This place is far and away the best rv park in the country. 32 pickleball courts, 4 pools, 8 tennis courts, an 18 hole par 3 golf course and every activity you want. It’s not cheap but stay a week and you will come back! If you don’t find something to do here you should have stayed home!

Peter Whiting

For Palm Creek Resort and Residences: We were east of Tucson and looking for a place tor the night on our way to San Diego. We were not familiar with Palm Creek but called and got an overnight pull-thru. Yes, the overnight spot was like a Walmart parking lot with hookups but we were so impressed with the experience we decided to stay an extra couple of nights and explore the amenities. If you stay for more than one night, they put you in one of the open RV lots that have concrete pads and hookups. After 3 days there, we were so impressed with the facilities and friendliness of the staff and other residents there, we found and “bought” an RV site. You don’t actually own the land but enter into an annual, renewable (reasonably priced) lease arrangement. You buy the surface improvements that the former owner had put there. Our site has a very large pad, a Cassita (fancy shed with washer/dryer, refrigerator, sink, etc.) a 20x40 foot awning, gas fire pit, and outdoor furniture. We could not be happier. Oh...yes, we did go on to San Diego for business but returned within a week. We stayed a couple of weeks and flew home to WA State. We can’t wait to return in January and enjoy the rest of the winter there.

Huntington

For Palm Creek Resort and Residences: We spent the month of February and loved it. Amazingly friendly and gorgeous grounds. So much going on but it’s exceptionally organized. Tough getting big rigs around palm trees but with such amazing escort got it done. Concrete patio and gravel site if you are just visiting but that was ok. If you don’t plan ahead and precook popular events it’s near impossible to get in. Perfect location in a quiet town between Phoenix and Tucson. It’s expensive but the activities and safety makes it worth it. The only draw back is the blacktop is easily transferred to your floors so remove your shoes.

For Palm Creek Resort and Residences: Do not Go there for one night. They will Park you in what they cal, the « pull-through ». It is 60$ for an asphalt parking lot. Yes you have electricity and water but it is a Walmart parking lot... We did not stay and got reimbursed. We will never Go back while this visit was to see if We would consider this place for a full month next year. I GUESS NOT!

David Graser

For Palm Creek Resort and Residences: Once you arrive, they ask that you come fully provisioned and not leave the park, once you arrive. I’ve never heard of anything like this before. They said it’s because of their policy of only having you escorted to your site, and they only want to do this once. That’s nuts.
