For Page Springs Resorts: Page Springs RV Park is a great older park to enjoy your stay at. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the site we stayed at was on Oak Creek and beautiful. But in reading reviews from other folks who have stayed there on other websites make some valid comments. Page Springs RV Park is a beautiful park, but it is admittedly a bit older and a bit tight for those not used to backing in longer rigs, and to be fair, backing in a long hitch pull travel trailer (not fifth wheel), can be a bit of a challenge if you are not used to backing up a long truck/trailer combo into a narrow space... If you are used to backing in long rigs, great, you will love this park, if not, may want to look elsewhere. The 30 amp electric service can be a challenge if you are used to your rig that has 50amp + and don't really know how to "power manage" your coach, mine has 50 amp service, dual A/C, etc. But we have learned to effectively manage power as needed. Long story short, if you are a seasoned RVer, Page Springs RV Park is great..5 wineries within 2 miles, Sedona 15 minutes away, etc, etc. But if you are new to the RV community or used to pull through sites, you may want to look elsewhere.

For Page Springs Resorts: Visited over thanksgiving. VERY tight spots. Had good considerate neighbors though so got lucky. We were up off the stream with full hookups. The spots on the stream are a bit wider and are right in the stream. Very nice looking areas. Up off the stream though you will step out your door onto your neighbors sewer hookup. Make sure to google earth the site as other reviewers have mentioned as the entrance is hidden and downhill. Not a big deal if you’re aware of it.

For Page Springs Resorts: Recently under new management. Great spot right on Oak Creek. Spots close to the creek have water and electric, or there are full hookups on the hill by the entrance. Small, quite, friendly, and relaxing. We just finished our third trip, and already have a fourth booked.

For Page Springs Resorts: Page Springs RV Park is managed by the single most unfriendly individual that we have encountered in over 10 months of full time RVing. Her name is Donna and she is openly hostile. I approached the restrooms one day and noticed cleaning materials outside the doors. Donna was there and I politely asked if it was ok to use the restroom. She proceeded to verbally assault me while explaining in a condescending manner that it was definitely not ok. I understand that guests must wait for restroom cleanings to be completed, but her level of rudeness was entirely unnecessary. On another occasion, I asked for directions to the Bubbling Ponds hiking trail. Donna glared at me with icy anger in her eyes and asked "which direction did you come from?" She proceeded to give an unintelligible response that wasn't helpful in the least. I found it myself later that day. TIP: Turn right on Page Springs Road when exiting the park, then drive about 100 yards and the sign is on your left. This person is clearly suffering from mental illness and she should not be managing an RV park under any circumstances, period. Other reasons not to like this place: 1) They charge an extra $3.00/day "resort fee" when booking a stay through RPI. Page Springs is definitely not a resort. It is a very basic campground with zero amenities. 2) No bars for AT&T cell phones. My wife's T-Mobile phone occasionally had 1 bar. 3) Tiny sign that is virtually invisible from Page Springs Road. 4) Steep downhill grade when entering the park. This could be unsafe for large RVs. I will admit that a younger employee named Rich was very kind to us. He also let us borrow a ladder during our stay. Why isn't Rich managing this place? Just a thought.

For Page Springs Resorts: Enjoyed two nights here in February 2020. Very nice to camp next to the river, under large, beautiful trees. There’s a quiet, peaceful ambiance (although the RV park was not full when I was there). Good walking trails nearby. Decent restaurant right next door. There is a dump station, washrooms and a laundry room. (I didn’t check out the Clubhouse.) Sites have water and electricity. Very long rigs may have difficulties manoeuvring into some sites; best phone ahead to confirm suitability and availability. Reasonably close to Sedona, yet far enough removed to be well out of the bustle. I would return here, as I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and natural beauty.

For Page Springs Resorts: Misrepresented this park totally.
sites are crammed next to each other

no sewer connection and only 30 amp service
no cell service
internet is a pay per device extra (not represented honestly)

and pay all in advance with no refunds

represented dishonestly as a resort - its really run down
