For Arizona Oasis RV Resort: Stayed in spot 95 on the river. Excellent view and nice level spot. Most of the amenities were closed because of Covid but had a good time regardless. My 2 year old loved both play grounds and it was quite both nights we were here.

For Arizona Oasis RV Resort: Literally the only thing nice about this park is the river, Gates are too small for PD's with toads, streets have to tight corners for PD's and the spot which was suppost to be a pull thur was way too small for our coach. The sewer hookup was busted and so far back I needed 3 20' foot sections to reach it. The water pressure was over 85psi way to high for RV's. Little to no internet, TV cable hookup was broken and I had to fix the electrical to even hookup. On top of all that it was $70 a night. We could not find a real person to talk to and and left several messages with no response. Who ever gave this park a 9 out of 10 rating couldn't count. Run far run fast it sucks.

For Arizona Oasis RV Resort: Spent 3 days in spot 108 right on the river. Open during the lock down right on the Colorado River. Staff was super nice. Level spot big enough for 30’ travel trailer and park truck horizontally in front. Which was important because the people in 107 block off all the parking across the road. They use it for 5 cars at night, when the people all leave during the day he blocks it all off with his dually. Amazing sunsets!!! About 15’ from each parking pad. Back in river view from the back.

For Arizona Oasis RV Resort: Easy check-in and kind staff members. One office employee even alerted us to a free breakfast that took place in the Arizona Oasis park model home. Very nice! We stayed in site 134 and it was very uneven. Several layers of blocks had to be added under the rear tires prior to dropping our jacks. TIP: Ask for a different site if you stay here. On a positive note, we were very close to the bathrooms and showers. The 50+ free cable channels were awesome! Free park wifi wasn't very good but my AT&T hotspot worked great. Beach area looked ok. Not much to do in the immediate local area. We drove 100+ miles to the Salton Sea and Slab City and enjoyed both places.

For Arizona Oasis RV Resort: Definitely not an Oasis. I would call it Desert Storm. The entire park is gravel roads. Combine that with zero enforcement of speeding vehicle and no speed bumps you get desert storm.
Also, the rate per night is deceiving. We were charged the holiday rate on Saturday January 25 2020. The explanation we got was we charge the holiday rate for the entire month of January and February.
We will not be coming back.
