For Black Barts RV Park: We stayed here one night. The staff was very helpful over the phone, as we were coming in after dark. There were ruts in the parking spot, it was so dark at the entrance you could not even find the driveway or sign to the park. Lots of laundry hanging about, barbecue pits, and children's toys. It kind of seemed more like A full-time trailer park. I would recommend that you check this place out, especially the parking spot that you will be parking in, before staying here.

For Black Barts RV Park: Stayed several nights in a 40' class A with tow vehicle. Overall, this campground has not been upgraded for a very long time. The interior roads are in bad shape, site's concrete patios are broken up, most sites have water ruts (sites are mostly gravel/dirt), and mole holes are everywhere (my wife twisted an ankle). Two of the three site pics on the website are of one site closest to the office which they do maintain. Our site was so unlevel that I used 3" leveling blocks under left rear wheels, 6" on right rear as well as extending my rear jacks fully on top of 6"blocks. Many campers could not connect to either electrical, water or sewer without extensions. There is no cable or WIFI. The laundry room is clean and affordable. We should have researched this campground before committing (e.g. checked reviews and satellite views) and we will not stay here again. Many people come here for an overnight (get off the freeway) stay, or to visit the on site restaurant - which we did not try. Verizon and AT&T cell coverage is good.

For Black Barts RV Park: A agree with previous post, the actual RV park is a little rough, really a glorified parking lot but lots of mature Pine Trees give it Rustic feel. Landscaping is poor, but sites are level and all have 50 amp plus water and sewer. The bathrooms must have been upgraded since the previous reviewer posted. They were spotless, all brand new tile, showers were clean and private, I can find no fault with that. And dinner at the restaurant is an added bonus eating out just steps away from your RV. This is not a destination, but a great place to lay over for a night while going to east to New Mexico, south to Phoenix, West to Kingman or north to the Grand Canyon. Truck stop noise is there, but today wind is blowing other way. I paid $33 with Good Sam discount on 02/15/2016.

For Black Barts RV Park: Reviews are accurate. Lots of deferred maintenance. The owners are clearly milking what used to be a nice park. Lots of trees.

For Black Barts RV Park: The park is a little rough. In need of serious maintenance. They seem to be doing a little at a time. It's convenient because its just off the interstate. Lots of road noise. The smell of diesel exhaust from the truck stop next door is annoying.

For Black Barts RV Park: I looked at the reviews for Black Bart's and thought it would be one of your run of the mill RV parks. I went to take a shower and found the shower facilities to be the filthiest I have been in. We thought that a site near the entrance, which seemed to be a little less crowded would be a nice place to spend the night. The diesel truck stop next door is so noisy with their engines running it may be next to impossible to sleep. I could spend the next twenty minutes writing about how bad the facility is but let me cut it short by saying two thumbs down for Blake Bart's and I hope travelers have a chance to read this before making a decision to stay here.
