For Page Lake Powell Campground: This is an all gravel lot with only a few spots of shade, which is pretty hot here in the desert. They advertise that they have Wi-Fi but they do not. They actually tell you that when you check in. I spent a half an hour in the office and later behind the office where they said the router was trying to get a Wi-Fi Signal. Clearly they have false advertising. I am surprised that Good Sam does not enforce some standards. I would not have come here without Wi-Fi as I need to do tax filings today. This is on the edge of town on the highway and is nowhere near Lake Powell. There is an RV park at each of the marinas right on the lake.

For Page Lake Powell Campground: Nice park close to the places to see. Sites are red compacted hard pan and some crushed granite sites. Ours was not very level in both directions and needed some extra blocks even with self leveling. Gas and diesel is available right across the street. No issues with the full hook ups.

Livin the dream

For Page Lake Powell Campground: We stayed here for 4 days and found it to be convenient to the sites. The park isnt fancy, but it has options for all Types of campers: tent, RV, big rigs, rooms created in a wagon. We didnt see pool because we were too busy seeing sites. The best part to us was trail walk that took us up to rock overlook. You can see all around and it is beautiful at sunrise.

Sherri

For Page Lake Powell Campground: We were passing through and I called to make a Sunday reservation during Labor Day weekend. The Lady told me they had no spots available. I kind of expected that during busy weekend. As I hung up Husband unknowably called and a man answered said they had lots of spots available. They ended up having a lot of spots available. I’m not sure why the lady is turning away business??? 50 RV’s were parked at the Walmart I’m sure they would of loved to find a spot at this campground. flecnode

For Page Lake Powell Campground: While in Page AZ seeing all the sights, we needed a place to camp with our 25 foot TT. What better place but beside Lake Powell? Well guess what kids, Page-Lake Powell Campground is not even in sight of the lake. They could have called it Page-Grand Canyon or Page-Mars and I would have fell for it!!! The campground actually on the lake is Wahweap campground. It appears this campground is so popular it is hard to get in. That was our first choice. Despite the name, it’s actually a pretty nice place. They have full service for around $52 and water/electric for $48 a night. Sites are pretty level and gravel. Backgrounds are very nice scenery. They offer WiFi but when I try to access it, the message says to move closer to the tower. What? What tower? We are in the middle section. Bathrooms/showers are nice and clean and you can control the shower temp! I cannot comment on the swimming pool and hot tub because they were not in use. Empty. I believe they were working on them. And they both are inside! Road noise from highway 20 is not bad, but it is there. The electric/water section is closer to the road than the full hookup areas, so consider paying a bit more to eliminate road noise. Overall, a nice place. I would camp here again.

For Page Lake Powell Campground: nice staff , old park but clean and functional, close to antelope canyon tours, around 3 mile drive to tour and Lake Powell dam , horse shoe bend , central location

For Page Lake Powell Campground: Pull through sites are large, which is nice, but facilities are run down. Indoor pool (very small) water was discolored, and men's bathrooms had no toilet paper either morning. Some shade if you get a good spot but most sites are gravel with no shade many long-termers are here, and it seems there is some antipathy with management. Overall, a very odd experience. We'd be more likely to dry camp than return here.
