For Oxbow Estates RV Park: Great, quiet park. The owners, Nora and Sam are super friendly, flexible, and take care of issues if they arise (they quickly take care of dog owners who let their dogs run loose, which is much appreciated). The place is clean and has a country feel ito it. Reasonably priced, and close to Payson to get your supplies.

For Oxbow Estates RV Park: Not horrible, but I wouldn’t pay full price - They take Passport America (half off).
Lots of long term rental/local housing it seems. Within a couple of hours someone was at our door peddling tamales.
Unfortunately, no great options in the area, at least this was cheap.
