It’s within a gated community of mobile home and RVs. The staff response is prompt and courteous. Please note there are no community showers; there are only pool showers, which are not private. They are available from 8am - 10pm. Our initial site had no power so we moved to the next one with the staffs assistant. Little disappointed with the shuffling combined with learning of the no shower thing. Staff was apologetic, however, l don’t think I’ll return.

Nice paved roads and level sites. But the backing sites are very difficult for big rigs. Most have a tree right by the road on one side and all have a concrete pillar at the water mid way back in the site. It was a challenge. Terrible wifi.
