Our site at KOA Grand Canyon/Williams Journey was pretty level, everything was very well taken care of, and we had no issues with water, sewer, or electricity. All sites are pull-thru, all have a fire ring and a picnic table. There's a nice dog park. The employees were very friendly and attentive to the property. The pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. The laundry room near us was small and costs $3.00 per machine. The store was large and well-stocked. The star-gazing when everyone's lights are off was spectacular. There's some road noise, but it didn't really bother us. The gas station next door offers diesel. We enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in this area, we'd stay here again.

Easy access close enough to GCNP. NO CELL service. They truck in water so pressure is low. Power good. Back in sites ok. There is no water at the dump site so cannot flush black tank. If the folks before you spill no way to clean up

This campground is really convenient to the Grand Canyon, it’s only about an hour away, and we wanted to get to the Grand Canyon parking in our 31 foot class C before the parking lot filled up in April 2021. They had a really nice coffee bar which didn’t open until after we needed to be on the road, which is kind of disappointing. They did have really good Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, not so great at the site, no trees which is to be expected in Arizona, but real friendly folks. Two things really important to us is a gated dog run and good Wi-Fi for work, Doug run was just fine, wife Wi-Fi was a little more complicated, they look like they have a booster, so after they turned that on we got pretty good coverage. We would certainly stay here agaiin if we return to the area.

Pretty convenient to the Grand Canyon. Sites are hard packed gravel, easy in/easy out. Cell phone service is terrible regardless of carrier. Their WiFi is pretty slow as you probably expect. Friendly folks eager to help. A little pricey though for what you get. I guess because they are fairly close the the Canyon.

We met family here. We booked months in advanced to get two side-by-side spots. We checked back multiple times and we were told our reservation were. When we got there we were at one one & they were at the other with a row between us. The staff told us they couldn’t move us though there were spaces open next to us every day all week. The WiFi was so weak they staff laughed that and agreed it is awful. The cable TV was weak. We will not stay here again.

This park is ok. Pricey but convenient to the Canyon and Williams. Sites are wide enough for slides with a little wiggle room. We had a pull through. Dirt/stone and if it’s windy it blows around. There is cable but the signal is not strong so the analog stations are very grainy. WiFi and cellular signals (Verizon) very low. There is gas/fuel and propane available but cheaper elsewhere.

My site(#75) was very spacious. The staff were helpful and nice. Honestly one of the best KOA’s that I’ve stayed at so far!

Even half-price would be way overpriced for uneven pull-thru sites. Neighbor's sewer drain was right next to picnic table/bbq area. Wifi was weak to nonexistant, even close to office, which was frustrating due to just-as-weak cellular reception. Family was given a dud of a cabin, with no way to make coffee or keep milk cold for kiddoes. Will not stay here again.

Reserved a private pull through RV site, when we arrived they tried to put us in a buddy site with other campers. Went back to office to ask to be put in a private pull through site like we reserved eight months in advance only to be told that's the best they could do for us. We asked for a refund and was given one. All of their pull through sites are shared and not private pull through, never seen a park do that before.

We usually camp in tent but the predicted lows were in the upper 20's & 30's for the 2 nights we were there. The cabin was nice - clean & warm - just what we needed. The coffee cart in the office was a nice touch. All the showers in this park are family style bathroom/shower. Great for privacy but a nightmare if you're in a hurry. They really need to deep clean those little rooms. Lots of grey soap scum in the showers. Not a fan of following men who leave bathrooms/showers messy if you know what I mean. Wifi was ok.
