For KOA Journey Williams: Reserved a private pull through RV site, when we arrived they tried to put us in a buddy site with other campers. Went back to office to ask to be put in a private pull through site like we reserved eight months in advance only to be told that's the best they could do for us. We asked for a refund and was given one. All of their pull through sites are shared and not private pull through, never seen a park do that before.

For KOA Journey Williams: We usually camp in tent but the predicted lows were in the upper 20's & 30's for the 2 nights we were there. The cabin was nice - clean & warm - just what we needed. The coffee cart in the office was a nice touch. All the showers in this park are family style bathroom/shower. Great for privacy but a nightmare if you're in a hurry. They really need to deep clean those little rooms. Lots of grey soap scum in the showers. Not a fan of following men who leave bathrooms/showers messy if you know what I mean. Wifi was ok.

Full timer

For KOA Journey Williams: Great service, over and above for Crystal! Clean, well equipped with grill, fire pit, gravel pull throughs. Two small complaints, small close sites and very uneven. Required 2x the normal leveling.

We ended up here by mistake, as it was the only option. It turned out to be nice enough that we stayed extra day. We were on the, road facing, outside circle and had a view of the mountain that was nice. The road isn't obscuring view at all, and isn't too noisy. The staff went over and above to resolve an issue for us, and recommended a restaurant that has been my one of my favorites as a vegetarian, yet was a steakhouse that my husband and mother and enjoyed the porterhouse greatly. The major con, the sites narrow and were so out of level it took double leveling boards on one side to make it even close.

For KOA Journey Williams: Too close to the highway, few showers, tents too close to each other.
