For Blue Sky Ranch Resort: I will start by saying the park is very clean but is close to a highway and an Air Force base (some noise). The reason for the low rating is, I made my reservation at least 6 months in advance. We arrived on Sunday, office was closed until Monday, I was not able to check in until then. I was quoted $35 a night by Judy, then charged $42. We were not able to use the Wifi until checked in the second day. The conversation started out friendly but the tone changed after I pointed out the difference in price. I simply said ok and did not point out the fact a quote is a quote and it was their employee. We will look for another park when passing this way.

For Blue Sky Ranch Resort: Clean park. Many residents so would not stay more than a night or two.
