For Rest Stop: It was a bit noisy as this is a big rest stop, where lots of people stop, but after midnight it did quiet down. Parking lot on car side (for smaller RVs or vans) was a bit littered with trash. Starbucks and Roy Rogers are open all night which is nice. Bathrooms are huge and mostly clean. The biggest downside is that its off the turnpike, which means even trying the local diner will take you 20 minutes to drive to because there is no back way in or out of the plaza. You have to drive 10 miles south to come back 10 miles north. Overall would stay again.
