For Muchalat Lake: Beautiful campground with amazing lake. Free during off-peak season. We stayed in early Nov and we had it all to ourselves. As the other review mentions, the road is a little rough but otherwise fine.

For Muchalat Lake: A beautiful, well kept campground. Fees are $12 per night ($6 for seniors) with host on site. A little rough road from the Village of Gold River but well worth it. Pristine lake great for swimming and trout fishing. Eagles abound.
