For Rest Stop: Spotless. Vending machines well maintained

For Rest Stop: Clean, typical sugar & chip vending, well kept, flush toilets and plenty of grass for the dogs, but it can get really busy on the weekends. My rating is based on comparing to other basic rest areas (no Starbucks/dining/fuel).
