For Somass Motel and RV: Excellent spot if you have a small RV or camper and want to catch an early departure at the dock (we were booked on the the Francis Barkley of Lady Rose Marine Services that left promptly at 8 am). It was 10 minutes from here to the dock. Proprietor said our space was max 15 ft rig but we're 17 ft and we fit no problem. Just needed to disconnect our van and park crosswise at front. Only 6 spaces, some with full hookups. Spots are all in back of motel so traffic noise was pretty much muted. Motel units looked modern and tidy but laundry facilities need some TLC. One washer and one dryer were ancient and in a tiny, poorly lit room that wasn't clean. However the single toilet/shower room was a bit better and worked just fine. Glad to have found this spot for a Sunday night.
