For Sams Club: Instead of driving all over OKC, I decided to call several Sam's Clubs to find out if they had any of the item I was looking for was in stock. This particular store put me on hold and no one ever came back on the line. I called again and the same thing happened. The third time I asked for a manager and was asked what it was about. I told her I was put on hold twice and no one ever answered. She said, we don't have anyone in that department today. I said, why didn't you just say that rather than putting me on hold knowing that no one would be answering my question? I still asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold....again. I waited for about 5 minutes and was about to hand up when the same girl answered the phone as if it were the first time the phone was ringing. What kind of circus are they running there?
