For Menards: Menard's in Yankton, SD is a full service store similar to Home Depot, but with a grocery department. Got permission to stay there two years ago and again this year with no issues. Big empty lot, very quiet. Cannot speak to other Menard's locations across the upper Midwest, but I would assume they would do the same thing.
