Long city limits 
For Cabelas: Aug 2019 Huge lot! Got permission. 16 other rv’s level some Hwy noise but great overnight. Walmart 2 miles away does not allow.

For Cabelas: Only used dump. Free dump but no running water. Incredibly friendly staff.

For Cabelas: Used the dump only. For some reason it was free when we went there. There were quite few semis as well as RVs but surprisingly quiet

For Cabelas: Great location for exploring Portland and Cape Elizabeth. We spent a couple nights here. Agree with other reviewers, this is basically a truck stop on the left side (when approaching entrance) where the designated RV/Truck sites are. Semis cycled in and out constantly. We spent a night there then moved to the right side where we had seen various campers and RVs. Unfortunately that wasn't much quieter as a semi pulled in and ran his genny all night long. Convenient potable water and dump station near the RV/Truck parking.
