For Lake Morena County Park: Agree with the previous poster about his description, except when we were there in June 2019, no problem with low branches with a 11'6" clearance. We enjoyed our week stay, using it as a base to explore the area. Be sure to visit the 'Malt Shop' in town for good food, supplies, etc.

For Lake Morena County Park: I’m going to try to give an objective review, because although we really hated this place it was for the very reasons others might love it.
Description: More of a campground than an RV park, a mix of tents and RVs of all types. Hard-pack dirt spaces with choice of hookups. Reasonable size and spacing of spaces. We did not see the lake from anywhere in the campground.
Positives: Very pleasant staff, quiet and nice clientele.
Negatives: Water is safe for washing and bathing but do not drink. (With fully self-contained, this meant if we’d hooked up, we’d have contaminated our system.) Trees are overhanging the roadways. Our class A is only 11ft 6in, but we had no choice but to drag branches over roof in a number of places.
Matters of taste: This is a destination campground, not a stop-over RV park. It’s 7 miles off of the Interstate over a decent but slightly narrow-and-curvy two-lane road. There is no cell service (Verizon: “No serviceâ€, although for a few moments we had one bar of 1x—we found service about two miles back toward the highway). Located in the mountains, in Cleveland NF. No trains, planes, or freeway noise.
