We stayed here about five years ago and it was OK. Stayed there this week and it was a complete dump, dirty facilities, uncap, campsites, crackheads in rundown cabins. We even had stuff taken from are site. STAY AWAY.

This place is a dump and that would be ok because it is quite and close to Yosemite. In my experience the staff was vary unhelpful when I asked about Landry and don’t seem to care that the place is a literal garbage dump. I would stay at the Much nicer campground just down the road. It was $90 a nite in June of 2024.

The facts are there is no staff, no restrooms that are usable,
All pictures you see on Allstays or the resort web page are from years ago. This place is falling down. No grounds maintenance. Grass and weeds are 12 inches high. The paint is peeling of the picnic tables, not just a little. The water works and the electric in site 8 that I am staying in.
The WiFi is working but weak. It is peaceful with no one but us here. There is highway noise. It’s is not much more than boon docking in a very primitive site except you have electricity, water and waste hook up. At least in the site I am in.

Just returned. Had to come back early because our power supply pedestal stopped working around midnight so no A/C or any shore power. Kept tripping my surge protector. I checked as we were leaving (already dumped picked up camp as was going to be warm) and connected to another camp site power and worked perfectly. Winter storms and not doing maintenance is taking a toll on site which is sad. No cable, pool down, so no amenities besides a surfing only Wi-Fi. Staff was friendly and so close to Yosemite it could be a great place.

This place should be condemned. It looks exactly like a junk yard and doesn’t look clean at all. Owners do not keep the grounds up to date. It is seriously terrible. Not a place for a family. No way this place could ever be rated more than 1 star. Pictures on the website are NOT accurate and descriptions of what is offered. I see why they are struggling for business.... management doesn’t care and it shows. Buildings are literally falling apart around the sites. Go to Yosemite Lakes down the road 7 miles closer to Yosemite gate. You’ll be very happy.

Nice clean place and friendly staff. Everything is very old and the sites are small. It is in the best location to visit Yosemite with full hookups.

While the location is terrific (just 12 miles to Yosemite National Park), the park is old and has a lot to be desired. The sites are gravel, unlevel and very close to each other. Our slide almost touched the picnic table of our neighbor. Couldn’t use the sewer because it was sticking up higher than our trailers connection. You’d have to snake crawl the hose to get it to empty into the sewer pipe. What a joke! The laundry room is old and dirty and has only 2 washers and 2 dryers. The washer fills at a rate of 1 gallon per hour I think. And the real kicker is we paid $60 per night for this place. Would not stay again no matter how close they are to the park.

Was concerned about weather when I booked. Called camp and was told I could cancel if winter weather came. Called to cancel and was charged $20 admin fee? Was told it was my fault ... that I should have read the terms and conditions. I should not have trusted the managers verbal assurance. BUYER BEWARE.
