For Malibu Beach RV Park: Beautiful setting and view. Staff was pleasant and all business. We were there in January during heavy rains and the sites were very muddy and gritty. When the sun did come out the very nice grounds crew came out to sweep and clean. We had an ocean view site and while the view was nice we were right above the highway and it was loud. We would stay again only in a site further up the hill.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Basically ok ... WiFI poor single ... Sites are close and unlevel... Utilities are ok ... Beautiful view !!! Needs a pool or hot tub ... Tried to unhook tow in front of office where it says STOP and was yelled at by a woman telling me I can not do that there... I asked where? She says up the road ... It just took me by surprise ... I thought it was really rude being I just paid for 2 weeks $789 ! It takes me all of 7 minutes to remove the tow www . RVingVIP . Com

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Great view. You really can't beat the view. However, those looking for more space may think this is like a parking lot. Great staff, minus the manager. She can be a bit bossy and non-attentive.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Way over priced.
We paid $225 per night.
Tight spaces hard to level.
All dirt no cement or even gravel.
Management is rude.
Don't waste your time and $.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Expensive park for what you get. The location is nice. Pull through sites are extremely tight, get a back in or don't go. The kids playground is a $50 Walmart plastic slide, so don't count on it if you have kids. The beach is difficult to get to, we just drove to other nearby beaches. The staff here is the most unfriendly I have ever met! I never saw a single smile from anyone, and we were there 18 nights. I would stay away from this park for the bad attitudes from the staff alone.

Mike

For Malibu Beach RV Park: I want to start by saying that the view is incredible. The daytime staff an older couple and a younger lady in the office were very nice and helpful. I had made reservations and informed the staff that i was traveling by motorcycle, i was told this was no problem and i was welcome. I arrived and checked in. There was some discussion as to if i could ride my motorcycle into the camp site or would i have to push it. The staff made the decision that i could ride my motorcycle in to the site (the site was the second one in from the parking lot). I arrived to my site, there were a couple of other tents at the very end of the camp sites. I set up and relaxed. Incredible view. I was relaxing and about three hours later, the night shift guy (as he described himself), drove his golf cart into my camp site and asked me how i was doing? I told him great and that i really liked view. He then said "we need to work on two things" i am thinking ok. He said you need to put out your yellow permit on the post in front of your site. I said no problem, and then he said tou cant have your motorcycle in the camp ground. I informed him that i was given permission from the nice folks that checked me in. he started to get more aggressive, asking me what the name(s) of the people were and how long ago it was. I told home that i did not know their names and it was about three hours ago. I told him if my having my motorcycle in the site, i would not have elected to stay at the campground. I told hime if it was a problem, just let me know, he could refund my money and i would leave. He told me that the other people in the office outranked him. I asked hime if there was a problem with me staying and he said " you are ok, ----for now as he drove off.

I spent the rest of the night waiting for this guy to come back and give me a hard time or tell me to leave. This ruined the rest of my night, and spending almost $70.00 for a night of tent camping, i would have liked not to go through this.

This is a nice place, but be aware that at least one of the employees is kind of a cop want to be. I was on the last leg of a weeks long motorcycle trip and have stayed in many campgrounds with no problems. At all of the other campgrounds, the staff were real ambassadors to the guests. To my fellow MOA members, just please be aware that having you motorcycle in your site with this guy on staff could cause you some problems. I will not use this RV park again unless this guy is given some training.
