For Mid Hills Campground - Mojave National Preserve: We love this campground! The fire in 2005 took out most of the old growth forrest trees but it's still awesome to stay here. The trees and vegetation are slowly coming back and the higher altitude is more pleasant temperature wise. Nice layout and it's mostly setup for tents but small RVs and tent campers should be fine. We recommend staying there during no moon nights as the stars are incredible.
