Was informed by manager that park is full time residents only. Not open to the public.

This place is a big NO. This place was on passport america so I tried it. Im glad we just stayed the night and left the next day as this place is nasty. The bathroom was ancient and looked like a concentration camp bathroom. Wait thats wrong I went to Dachau and the bathroom there was far cleaner and nicer. I just felt icky there in this place were most everyone was a resident and there were dirty old trailers and rvs. I would not call this a resort of any kind. That said the man that ran the place was very nice and helpful. But I would give this place a 1 or 2 out of 5 stars.
