For Fountain Of Youth Spa And RV Resort: This is our favorite winter place. It has all the things mentioned above plus it is surrounded by mountains and a rocky desert. Lots of marked hiking and biking trails. The dog loves it. The park is an hour from big shopping so it has a well stocked store, vegetable guys who come twice weekly and restaurant. There are lots of volunteer led activities which are open to all. Including a ukulele band. It also has "dry camp" with no utilities for a greatly reduced price. Most people are older but there are many younger Rver's The park is mostly geared toward adults of all ages. There is high speed internet in the center of the park. My verison internet worked well

For Fountain Of Youth Spa And RV Resort: What a great find. An Ossis is the middle of no where. Spots very large, only a few with picnic tables. This is a winter resort, 2 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs, pool hall, massage, steam and mineral bath, bocce ball, craft room with sewing machines, poker room and card room, hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails. This is a senior resort but families can come and I think kids would have a good time. About half the resort are permanent mobile homes and half at RV's. Many seniors are snow birds and come for winter. This is a summer "Winter" camp but for seniors. We stayed (only three nights) in a 37 foot motorhome. We will come again and stay a little longer.

For Fountain Of Youth Spa And RV Resort: The spas are great and you can use them from six in the morning until ten at night. The people are friendly and there are a lot of activities, cards, games, puzzles, music, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, yoga, water aerobics, hiking, and who knows what else. The sites are close together, and there is probably no shade. There are some good views of the lake and the hills/mountains. My spot was next to the office, store, library, and bathroom, so it was noisy starting at about 8:00 in the morning. I imagine if you are farther away from the office, it is quieter. The place is about 90% full. For me, in my spot next to the office, wifi was unavailable. I was never able to connect to Tengo. I was able to get on to the guest wifi when I was in the cafe. There is also a small convenience store. The nearest grocery store is about 40 miles away, so it's wise to stock up before you arrive. The cafe is convenient since there is only one "town" nearby, Niland, and it may only have one diner. I would stay again, if only to sit in those spas. And the pool is warm too.

For Fountain Of Youth Spa And RV Resort: Nov 2016 update. FOY has high speed internet for about a third of their sites. Right now the place is only about a third full and speeds might go down as it fills up.
A wonderful place and great staff. Love this place.

For Fountain Of Youth Spa And RV Resort: Nice resort with just about every activity and amenity you could want. Two big pools and four large spas of varying temperatures all heated with natural hot springs. Great folks camping and staff. Mostly Canadians. $44 a night for full hookups. $19 for dry camping as of winter 2015.
Only downside is poor internet and also not great cell service. There is no place in site for even close to high speed internet.
