For Pismo Sands RV Park: Nice park, friendly people, tight spaces but all amenities are good.
A “no singing along with loud music in shower†sign would have been helpful. Some traffic noise but not bad.

For Pismo Sands RV Park: Mostly paved chriscross pull-through sites, including at least one set of four where there was no lawn or space between the interior facing sites. When I was there the park was only about 10% full so I had plenty of room. Despite this they charged an additional $5 for my Dad's car to come in for a few minutes to see my RV. Nice little pool and hot tub and a nice laundry room. I didn't go in the bathroom/shower. The kid's play area is currently closed - appeared to need some maintenance. A bit of a drainage whoopdeedo in the side of the street where you turn in so had to drive enter and exit diagonal to avoid scraping. Great location right in town in the adorable Five Cities area and near the beach.

For Pismo Sands RV Park: We spent three nights at this site. The sites were a little crammed where we were placed, but the convenience to access trash, bath and showers, and the pool made it good. Both neighbours on either side of us were a little hash bash and not considerate of others when closing ther rv doors, but that is not the resort's problem ( people, close your doors with a little less gusto, they will last longer and they won't make your neighbours jump out of bed).
Bathrooms and showers were cleaned and well suited. Pool was little small, but was clean and refreshing. Pismo Beach and area is really nice and there is lots to do and see.
Word of caution, make sure you have anything you don't want wet up and out of the way when the lawn sprinkler comes on at 2 am. One of the poor neighbours got water spots on his truc, lol.

For Pismo Sands RV Park: Nice campground with pull thrus and level lots. Plenty of showers in clean bathrooms and nice laundry area. Only negative is the staff which isn't very friendly. Would stay there again. Easy access to the 101.

For Pismo Sands RV Park: we preferred this park to pismo village because the spaces were larger and the park was cleaner and guests not as noisy. all cement slabs are level and have grass areas between sites with enough room for picnic tables and fire put grill. some sites had two tables, but not all sites had fire out grill. its ok to use your own fire pit as long as it has legs. park guests tend to be mature and quiet. there is road snd train noise if you are on the west side. the park is well maintained and clean. restroom snd showers are plentiful and clean but could use a table in which to place your towels and clothes. the pool and jacuzzi are large and clean. jacuzzi is nice and warm but heated pool is on cool side- felt like about 72-75 . will definitely stay here again. we liked. cost with good sam discount was $58 a night for a full hookup pull through

For Pismo Sands RV Park: Nice park well kept and clean. Long pull thru paved sites with full hook ups 50 amp, water, sewer, cable and wifi. They have a heated pool and spa. It is an absolute quiet park after quiet time with so many campers with kids and pets I was amazed because slept with our windows open and didn't hear a thing so peaceful.
We stayed in a 38ft 5th wheel.
