For Palm Springs RV Resort: The first thing to know about this place is that there are 2 distinct RV sections. 30 amp pull-through sites are located to the left and 30/50 amp back-in sites are to the right. We chose the latter as it was 95 degrees outside and we wanted to be able to run our 2 A/C units simultaneously. There is no extra charge to use the 50 amp section. Site #288 was relatively level and quite spacious. Sites on this side are sandy so it has somewhat of a beach feel. Winds can be super strong so be careful with your awning! Restroom C was clean and well maintained. Loved the white recycling bins. We interacted with multiple staff members throughout the park and everyone was great. Pool was open but guests have to register for a 1 hour timeslot. Recreation lodge was open from 8:00am to 3:00pm and it even includes a small library. Very cool! We were able to program 50+ over the air TV channels including all of the major networks. My AT&T phone had 2 bars and the hotspot worked ok. Paid wifi is available but the signal is pitifully weak. Park is close to groceries and many other shopping/restaurant options. Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes away. TIP: if you have an RV + tow vehicle then gas up at the Flying J located at 72235 Varner Rd about 6 miles away. There is a long RV friendly lane with unleaded gas on the left side of the tractor trailer fueling area. Pump # 13. Easy to negotiate if you can't back up. The Flying J app doesn't say that there are RV fuel lanes at this location so we were pleasantly surprised to find one.

For Palm Springs RV Resort: The people working there are terrible. We stayed in the summer time and had two ebikes stolen from our camp site, that’s over $3k. They were locked up, but someone cut the lock and took them during the night. I don’t blame the staff for that, but their complete lack of give a damn was unreal. ZERO attempt to help us or even talk to us regarding the incident. The resort is normally very empty during the summer, so it’s not like they had a lot going on. I’ll never go back!

For Palm Springs RV Resort: The guy at the front gate was very frustrating on the phone and even worse in person. We wanted to dump our RV here and he wouldn’t let us in the gate because he said we were too long in length and that we wouldn’t make it. My husband asked to see where the area was and all he did was show us on a map without letting us see the area. My husband told him he should be a little nicer to people and the guy at the front gate then told my husband to stop being pissy.

For Palm Springs RV Resort: I have no idea why this park is rated so high by some people. Expensive - $64, and that's with Good Sam. Very tight. 95% of the spaces are just sand and run down. There is no grass at all. And on top of the high rates, you have to pay for WiFi ($4.00 a day!). We will never return.

For Palm Springs RV Resort: The woman who answered the phone required that we pay before she would show us the available spots. Never in my life have I purchased something before seeing it. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. Plenty of other friendly parks in this area!

For Palm Springs RV Resort: This is one of our favorite TT parks. Full hook-ups are great! Spaces are a bit tight for a TT park but worked for us in our 35 foot motorhome. This is the only TT park we have encountered to date that the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Linda knew which spots were open and indicated them on our map...most appreciated. This park is also right off the freeway so close to everything. Do try to get a spot farther from the road for noise. There is a train too. But we were located midway down from road and noise did not bother us.
