We live nearby and go here every year, though it can be difficult to get a reservation. The RV park is modern and relatively new. The sites come in different sizes. I have a 36 foot travel trailer and have had no problem getting it into several different sites.
The resort has a private beach on Lake Tahoe. It has good sand, is in a nice cove for paddle boarding, and is incredibly beautiful. The only downside for us, is no dogs allowed.
It is about a 45-minute drive to the casinos in Nevada, and 15 minutes to Tahoe City; just 10 minutes to amazing Emerald Bay.

Nice beachy forest camp. Beach is nice. Sites are small and not for big rigs. Some really tight turns as well.
