For Pinewood Cove Resort on Trinity Lake: This is a great campground with full hookups on many sites. Some are tight fits, and you won’t want to try to get any trailer over 35 feet in here. But the campground is right up close to the lake and all sites are well shaded.
It’s nice that most sites have a fair amount of room between them, but be warned that the sites were designed decades ago. So while there is 30 amp service, we were able to trip the breaker a few times while running AC and the hot water heater at the same time. Also, there are a couple sites that are so far out of level you’ll need some serious blocks to correct the issue.
Overall, I’d say this is a good campground but it could use some updating.
