For Arkansas River Rim Campground: The camp grounds were nice, however a bit close to your neighbors ans not very shaded.
The camp host however pleasant most of the time, at one point came over to our campsite cussing and freaking out about one of the dogs within our group that pooped across the way in the open dirt. We were trying to get the full picture of what happened (then of course clean it up) and he said he would throw us out. He spoke to everyone very demeaning and in a way that was never called for. Our entire group was nothing but respectful and kind.
Needless to say, he is very touchy on animals, they can only go to the bathroom in 1 area. And at the drop of a hat, he just might show you a different side of himself.

For Arkansas River Rim Campground: The host was very helpful and kind. The campground is located in a pretty area. The campground is clean, pull throughs with electric, water and sewage.
I did not use all of the amenities but would assume that they are clean just as the rest of the campground.Just off the highway, easily accessible and a path to a river. I would definitely stay here, again.

For Arkansas River Rim Campground: One of the few nice places in this area. Very nice staff, great location, well maintained. We will stay again.

For Arkansas River Rim Campground: Sept 7, 2019: stayed one night with our 25 ft camper. Site was great with a fire pit and picnic table plus all hookups. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
