For Monument RV Resort: Even though we only stayed one night we were impressed by this RV campground. The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were clean, numerous amenities and close to town. We would definitely stay at this campground again.

For Monument RV Resort: Very nice and accommodating RV camping. Owner is very nice and park is clean. Great access to all the national parks in the area and the Dinosaur museum for the kids. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Would return again.

For Monument RV Resort: Easy check-in and the front desk staff was nice. The owner sure looked cozy sitting under that huge tree while his customers roasted in 100 degree heat with no shade. His coach is the first one on the left when you drive in. He waved and smiled at us when we drove out though so he must be a good person. Free wifi was awful but we enjoyed the 50+ cable channels. Fantastic laundry available near the office with very large dryers. $1.50 for 60 minutes of drying time is a good deal. Showers were incredibly cramped with no shelves available to store personal items. Pool is tiny and we didn't try it. Successfully received several Amazon packages during our 1 week stay. Super close to Colorado National Monument.

For Monument RV Resort: A basic gravel sites. The pull through sites face each other which means no privacy, but also means you aren’t looking at a sewer connection either. With a larger 5er you will have to maneuver your truck sideways in front of your 5er with just enough room. The Colorado National Monument just up the road which is worth seeing if in the area. There are 5 fast food restaurants very near the entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of full timers, but very quiet park. We just stayed one night to see the National Monument on the way to Great Basin NP. Reasonable price for what you get these days. Our options are limited with a 35’ 5er.

For Monument RV Resort: Basically a gravel lot. Hookups fine. Very close to your neighbors. Table and awning right next to neighbors sewer. Very pretty landscaping around office and pool, but no grass otherwise. Tiny dog “run†which was full of dog leavings. Bright spot was state park across busy highway with lots of grass and great place for dog walking. Very hot while we were there. Not much to downtown Fruita but close to Grand Junction.
