For Rocky Top River Ranch: Great little park right on the river. Very quiet. Owner-operator was friendly and professional. Unlike most parks in this area, the railway was far enough away not to annoy. Lots are level with generous space in between, some overhead trees, and a wonderful area of BLM land to explore. Gorgeous mountain views. The lady next door sells farm fresh eggs. Wi-Fi Internet was excellent both day and night. Wish we knew about this earlier as we would have spent more time in this charming little spot. For us it made a perfect stopover en-route from Denver to Durango. There are also cabins for rent and while some are classic motel style rooms, there are also some extremely charming cabins dispersed throughout the park. If you have family or friends joining you, pick your cabin carefully.
