For Castle Lakes Campground: Unbelievable! Views and surroundings are amazing. Perfect location and right on Alpine Loop. Great Fishing great people. Best spots are up in the trees but call early as summer time fills up quick!

For Castle Lakes Campground: Spent 6 days there. Beautiful location in wide green valley next to lakes beneath snow capped mountains. Owner, Monica, runs a tight ship which is good. Clean well kept. No problem leveling. Very popular with ATV crowd with great access to high country biways and was concerned would be noisy but found campground quiet. Sites are separated well for a private campground with lots of trees in campground. You only see a few neighbors. Would stay there again. My plans got goofed up. Called to say I'd be a day late. Monica very fair in adjustments. No dump station so make sure to get site with full hookups. Low key environment with nice lodge with games, videos, books you can borrow plus good gift shop.Only issue was didn't get calls returned when I left a few messages.
