For Leadville RV Corral: Very tight spots! We had a hard time getting into the spot proper due to no room to maneuver my truck in the “alleyâ€. Which is more of a small rain water run off between blocks and lined with fences and private property. No way to pull out when we left so we had to back out and go back through the front entrance. Luckily the residents were kind enough to help out a newbie like myself and Brother Rob with backing up the 54’ rig in such a tight space. Let’s just say we had to move some things around in order to back out. If you have a small setup you should be good. It’s not a glamorous place but it will do the job. Close to everything in Leadville.

For Leadville RV Corral: Booked online. Site listed ability to hook up, we needed to hook up to electricity to run our heater because it was to be in the teens. The confirmation did not list a site # or bathroom codes.
We arrived after dark, office closed, tried calling Ryan, the site manager, went to voicemail, he never called back.
We parked in an open site, the hook up unit was on it’s side as was the bbq grill. Checked out 2 other sites but permanent residents adjacent had used all the hook ups.
We essentially paid $45 to park in 12*.
SKETCHY place.
One star given bc we could walk to town.
Worst experience using AllStays App.

For Leadville RV Corral: Manager was very nice, easy to make last minute reservation. Ok for an overnight stay in a pinch, but it is across the street from a bar which can be noisy at night. Not the cleanest, very run down, and lots of permanent residents. It is under new management, so hopefully the necessary improvements will be made. Very tight and difficult to maneuver the rig into place.

For Leadville RV Corral: Extremely tight. Our 24’ trailer was hard to park. Had to drive over 4x4’s that mark site boundary to get in. Practice your backing skills before coming. Mine are excellent and parking is tedious.
Cable TV doesn’t work. Off air antenna picks up nothing. Proximity to old Leadville is good.
Had to use lots of blocks to get level.
Manager seems nice on phone. Wasn’t here when we arrived at 1pm. Good thing he answered phone because we didn’t know our site number.

For Leadville RV Corral: Located right in town this RV Park is close to everything. That is the best part. The Corral is run down and need of some TLC. It has a number of permanent residents in some run down trailers. They are pet friendly and on-site manager is helpful and pleasant. 30 and 50 amp service is available. We paid $45 a night, a little high considering the conditions at the park.

For Leadville RV Corral: We were looking for a campground that would be convenient to Leadville and had full hookups. We're self-contained and don't use the facilities. We stayed here on weeknights in September.
This campground met our needs. It's in downtown Leadville and walking distance from stores, restaurants, museums. It has full hookups. The sites are small and close together and all in full sun. Most are level. The grounds are clean. The manager was friendly and helpful. The free wifi was not usable. High speed wifi is available for $2 a day. Verizon and ATT coverage is adequate.
