For OHaver Lake Campground: Stayed Sept. 20-22nd 2021. We found a nice site, 27, for our 27’ travel trailer. We had an obstructed view of the lake, but plenty of sunlight for our solar panel. Campground is nice. The road to the campground is dirt, bumby and steep switchbacks at times. 4 stars due to access road conditions.
Site was fairly level and we enjoyed our stay.
We had no T Mobile reception at all.

For OHaver Lake Campground: Nice remote campground. Bathrooms are reasonable, no showers. Sites are gravel, fairly level, and well spaced, although some of the sites are grouped for multiple people camping together. Also, many of the sites are set up for tent campers, meaning there is a reasonable distance and some steps between your RV and the picnic table/fire ring. Beautiful setting with a small lake to walk around and surrounded by mountains.

For OHaver Lake Campground: Nice campground. The host who runs the campground could be more organized with site availability.

For OHaver Lake Campground: We got a walk up site and stayed for 2 nights in our 37 footer, not towing. Its a wonderful park! The walk up sites are few and hard to get unless you arrive very early. The reservable sites book far in advance. It’s quite the drive up the dirt road so unless your early I wouldn’t bother without reserving. I would’ve given 5 stars but there are new camp hosts and they look to be maybe 22 years old. They don’t seem to know anything. Which sites are walk in and which are reservable isn’t posted and they seem to have no idea. They don’t remove the site tickets after someone leaves so it looks like all sites are taken. We found tickets that were 3 nights old just sitting there with no one occupying the site.

For OHaver Lake Campground: Beautiful campground!! We were lucky and found a walk up, but sites can be reserved on recreation.gov. There were vault toilets, but no water so bring your own. Fishing was fun using bait, lures or fly. Non-motorized boats are welcome too. The road up has a few hairpin turns that may be difficult for bigger rvs. We made it up in a 37 ft fifth wheel, but backing in was a challenge in the spot that was open. We will definitely be back!

For OHaver Lake Campground: One of the best kept secrets in central Colorado. Scenic lake for fishing, non-powered boats, kayaks, and photos. The drive up was on gravel and rough at times but worth the slow drive. Watch out for stowaway ground squirrels and we had a 2†baby find it’s way into our RV thru a 1/2†hole. Makes for a good story.
