Steve
For Applewood RV Resort: They saved my bacon. Called to make reservation about 1 hour out. Got stuck in Denver traffic and arrived after office closed, but they had assigned me a spot even though they only had my name. Paid next day. Tight spots, small RV park, but clean and friendly. Talked to a lot of nice people in RV park during short stay. Service was great. (Also, if you like rabbits, they freely roam the park). Park is very quiet even though it is in town.

The Great Adventure
For Applewood RV Resort: Tightly packed is being kind. If you aren't an EXPERT at backing your rig don't bother ! Mostly residential but was very quiet. Had nearly as much problem pulling out as backing in, as streets are so narrow and vehicles have to be parked perpendicular to trailers/RVs.

BucketList
For Applewood RV Resort: Book ahead!! Don't expect luxury but the owners are supportive and kind. It's small & tightly packed but extremely well run. I was ill & they went out of their way to find me a spot to rest & recoup, extending my stay as needed. Some reviews complain that their voice mail is always full, etc. but there's a good reason for that! They are pretty unique and in demand. Close to Denver 'proper', Boulder, I70/I25. Yet this small RV park is amazingly quiet. I highly recommend - especially after a long drive!!
