For Kelly Park Rock Springs County Park: Stayed January 2019 4 nights, 21 foot RV. My wife calls this place wonderful. The people working here were fantastic. The sites were white and sandy. We both felt extremely safe and somewhat secluded. We did not tube in the creek, although several people did. We definitely want to come back

For Kelly Park Rock Springs County Park: RVs are allowed. We just camped here with our 30ft RV. Sites are not private but amenities are great. Restrooms were kept clean and are convenient. Awesome playground. Water and electric hookup are on opposite sides which sucked. Stayed in site 16, site 17 is a pull through. Reservations at this time are only allowed 45 days out. There is a spring for swimming and a river for tubing.
