For Orlando RV Resort: We have stayed at Orlando Thousand Trails before and will again. It is a large facility and very well kept. The front desk is staffed with friendly folks who are mostly campers themselves.
There are several different sections, but our favorite is the one farthest away and has no WIFI (section D). We have good Verizon service for hot spotting and can usually get TV off the air (not always). This section is the most 'rustic' since they have left more of the natural plant life in place - which gives more separation from neighboring sites. We really enjoy it.

For Orlando RV Resort: For a Thousand Trails/membership campground, TTO is one of the nicer and most sought after campgrounds in the Thousand Trails system. This place is massive, there must have been hundreds of campers. So big that you better not go far from your site without a map because the streets are very confusing. But very nice and well kept grounds, awesome dog park right off the lake, dedicated mail room, very friendly and helpful staff. As far as reservations, you have to pick your spot when you get there. They have hosts who will show you available spots on a map and then lead you to it. Overall very nice place to stay.
My main gripe is internet availability. It's a 3rd party service that you have to pay for. It was absolutely horrible and virtually unusable, probably due to the sheer number of campers there. Verizon signal was ok, but even hotspot internet was poor. Again probably due to the sheer number of people flooding the nearest cell tower. I need reliable internet for work and was extremely frustrated and found myself going to coffee shops to get decent wifi. I would love to stay here again but don't think I would unless I was off work.

For Orlando RV Resort: Big campground. Reserved online. Received email reminders. Reception staff friendly. We were about 45 minutes to universal. Great price for location.
Only had one trash location, over by the rec hall and not near the exit. It was overflowing. They have the room to add a trash area turnout for people to use when exiting the park. It would be very helpful.
The one way traffic spikes on the exit side of the gate looked very aggressive. I stopped to inspect rv tires after exiting, thankfully no damage.
Would definitely come back.

For Orlando RV Resort: They are in the process of upgrading everything to 50 amp but most were already changed over.
Some sites were more unlevel than others. We found a great, level spot and our boys had a great time at the common grounds.
Wasn't overly crowded in October.

For Orlando RV Resort: Likes:
Easy access to parks, entertainment, restuarants, shopping
Gated
Overflow area with power
Can receive mail while there
Most staff are friendly and helpful
Dislikes:
Thousand Trails, now with Elite has a very disorganized reservation system. Two main call centers which don't seem to coordinate booking.
2015- making reservations was almost impossible and too time consuming, having to call back daily to see what is available
Some sites near the back of the park are often muddy with low overhanging trees that scratch the roof of your rig
While restrooms and laundry have been somewhat updated, still inadequate facilities for the number of camp sites
