For Camping on the Gulf: Cons: Crowded in the upper park area, hard to maneuver at times. (I had an awesome neighbor that help me back in to avoid trucks parked too close to the road). Expensive, but cheaper than a condo! Pros: Incredibly friendly staff and campers, two pools (One for the kiddos w/slide, and one more for adults). Right on the beach! (Even upper park area is a few minutes walk). The activity center has awesome things for the kids during peak season! The animal show was great! This is an incredible place to bring the family! We will be returning!

For Camping on the Gulf: Awesome location , super clean, great service , very quiet, but expensive. Beware of strict cancellation policy before booking. We’ll be back for sure.

For Camping on the Gulf: We have been coming here for over 5 yrs now. We have had some great vacations here, we come here twice a year, but since the gas prices on diesel fuel are so high we will not be coming this year, thanks to Biden. My only negative comment is there is no parking area for golf carts at the beach, it used to not be like that.

For Camping on the Gulf: This review is speaking directly at their cancellation policy. Cancelled 5 days out due to the national emergency COVID-19 and they kept the first night’s fees $278. Checked online an hour later and they had already rented the spot out again. American Greed at it’s finest!

For Camping on the Gulf: We loved it here. The location is fantastic - beautiful beach. Super friendly staff. Clean. Lots of shady spots. We found it to be quiet even though it was nearly full. Great weather over Thanksgiving. We will be coming back. Didn't give it 5 stars simply due to the price.

Tom

For Camping on the Gulf: Very expensive and not worth it. Spaces are very tight, extremely crowded campground, children running free in campground and pool areas, stayed the winter, weather was terrible, cold and foggy, reminded me of Maine weather.

Rbert16000

For Camping on the Gulf: Although nice amenities, this park has no camping sites and will take only RIVA CERTIFIED RV’ s. Too bad they are missing out on millions of van dwellers.
