Ocean View RV and Mhp

This park gets four stars primarily for its location, it is literally a three minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and not overcrowded. The dog beach is right near the entrance to the beach. This is a no frills RV park the sites are tight but we were easily able to fit our 34 foot class A, pulling a jeep lots of shopping restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. I don’t think there is Wi-Fi here but we had very good T-Mobile service and were able to get 40+ channels on the TV with a basic antenna. Sites are level and we had a concrete pad ,full hook up. if there is a bathhouse, I didn’t see it. They do have laundry service, but it’s difficult to use because they have a sign-up sheet to use the facilities. One resident signed up for the entire afternoon every single day for the rest of the year. So you cannot do your laundry in the afternoon. On a positive note, the laundry is very cheap at a dollar per load. The owners and residents are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again but not during season they fill up quickly and have an extensive wait list.

This was our first time to the area. It is a very basic park that is very convenient to the beach and shops to stock up on essentials and the staff were friendly and helped us quickly park our RV in perfect position. Sites were pretty close together. We didn’t use the bathrooms onsite so can’t comment on those. The area itself didn’t have the best feel to us and we weren’t super comfortable walking around at night. We noticed a number of people taking their daily showers using the beach shower. The beach itself was pretty rough but may have just been the day we were there.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Everyone is friendly...but it’s quiet. Shopping is a 5 minute walk and the beach is a 3 minute walk ..highly recommend this park!

Very nice park to spend a few days at the beach. Great shopping within easy walk. Mike (owner) or Brad the parks host will get you set up quickly and efficiently. I would rate this park 4 stars because of the beach and shopping, I wouldn't hesitate having children along however it is in my humble opinion an adult park.
