For Disneys Fort Wilderness Resort: This is a large and well-maintained campground with lots of amenities and activities for the whole family. There is boat service to the Magic Kingdom, which is just a short ride across the lake, and bus service to all of the other parks, resorts, and Downtown Disney. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only problems that we encountered were:
despite giving The length of our trailer during the booking process we were given a site that was much too short. However, they immediately moved us to another site that had plenty of room;
We had a number of problems with the breaker that we had not encountered before. If we ran the AC (which we had to for summer in Florida) in combination with the hot water heater (showers, also a necessity for Florida summers) or the microwave, we would trip the breaker. At one point I found that my camper plug was so hot that the plastic had started to melt. We ended up having to turn off the air whenever cooking or cleaning to avoid the problem.
With the exception of these minor inconveniences, we had an excellent time staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and will certainly be going back.

For Disneys Fort Wilderness Resort: Clean, private, paved and shaded. ... simply awesome! Once parked, you never drive again. It doesn't get much better than Disney.

For Disneys Fort Wilderness Resort: This is our home away from home! We love it here! Great sites with lots of privacy and shade. Wonderful dog park and so many fun things to do.
The campground is spotless! If you dont like this campground there is something wrong!!!

For Disneys Fort Wilderness Resort: Always an excellent place to stay! Sites and facilities are clean. Easy access to all of Disney's attractions by boat or bus. Food is excellent at the Trails End Restaurant. Two camp stores are pricey, so stock up before you arrive on any amenities.
