For Lone Oak Trailer Park: I had to cancel my stay due to a family illness. Lone Oak Park does not have a publicly listed return policy. When Keith took my deposit over the phone, he did not disclose a return policy either. THEY ARE FRAUDULENTY REFFUSING TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT. They have now forced me to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will be leaving a review EVERYWHERE that is possible to warn others. I have a friend who is in the area. They drove thru the park. Be warned that the images that are on their website DO NOT represent the current conditions of the park. This place is run down. There is an RV there that is missing half of it's walls, stray cats EVERYWHERE, the permanent trailers look like a scene from the Hoarders apocalypse. DO NOT STAY THERE. Keith refund my money to prevent further legal action.
