For Panama City Beach RV Resort: This used to be a nice park. The recent storms have taken a toll on this area and it clearly shows in this park. some of the electrical pedestals have rusted off the base. The concrete pads are broken in places. They have given up on maintenance and landscaping. I hope they can recover soon but for now, it is a,sad little park. I remember the old days when it was a great place to stay.

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: Lots nice. People friendly. Our dog loves it! You can’t please everyone, but we love it too. Beach across the road is beautiful!

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: We booked here after our reservations at St. Andrews SP were canceled due to damage from Hurricane Michael. So while we do not often stay at RV resorts, we did understand that it would be different than the state park. Overall we we were fully satisfied. Yes, the sites are close together, but I have seen worse. The landscaping is very nice, especially considering the hurricane. The groundskeeper is busting his but to make it even better. Adrianne at the office was great. St. Andrews SP aside, this is a beach town, not a camping area. Condos, hotels, mobile home parks and commercial buildings are everywhere. Not complaining. Just advising. The weather was damp and foggy the entire 5 days we were there, so we did not spend any time on the beach. If you are a beach person, this place should appeal to you, as it is just a block away. Yes it is pricey. Yet, again I knew the price when I booked it, so I have no complaints. You get what you pay for, in this case location. I am sure a condo rental in the area would be much more expensive.

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: Pros: Nice clean pool, paved road throughout park, polite staff, close to beach, good wifi, level concrete pads. Cons: Scruffy park of weeds and sand although a couple of sites have new lawn. Extremely narrow sites to navigate into, trees touch both sides. Close to neighbors. No bbq, no picnic table, no fire ring, Super expensive at $86/night. Very noisy pub/bar next door. Constant barking dogs drove us mad. Rules re dogs not enforced despite complaint to office. Conclusion: Way overpriced. Far better to stay at State Park next door which is what we will do next time we’re in this area. They have higher quality sites although no sewer.

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: I am upgrading my review to five stars. We just stayed here again five nights during bike week. The WiFi is much, much better. We parked at a site at the far end, away from the office and still had great internet access.

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: Nice landscaping and clean, but very small sites. I measured 7 ft between our RV and the concrete pad of our neighbors. Wi-fi intermittent and not sufficient for this many sites. No picnic table, grill or fire pit just a concrete pad. Lawn service started running mowers and gas blowers at 7:45 until 11 am. Ask for a site away from the bar if you want some quiet in the evenings. Can't select a site when you book, so it's pot luck.

For Panama City Beach RV Resort: We love this place. Very quiet with concrete pads and brick lanes. Would have been 5 stars but wifi is intermittent and no picnic tables on the sites. Facilities are very clean.
