For Wilderness RV Park Estates: This is a nice park. Many sites are owned, they have a mix of seasonal and short stays, park models, motor homes, fifth wheels can all stay here. The restrooms are clean, not super clean but much nicer than a state park. People are friendly, mostly retired snowbirds, staff are super helpful. No WiFi in the campground where we stayed but we bring our own so not a big deal for us, Verizon signal is strong, AT&T 1 bar. Monthly rates are reasonable for the area. Park is older but well maintained and the location is not real close to anything but close to lots of things. We think the Springs with swimming and canoeing is this areas best kept secret.

For Wilderness RV Park Estates: Great park, all hook ups, 3 swimming pools and spa, clubhouse, rec center, fitness center, 2 fenced dog parks. Mix of seasonal, overnighters and a few park models. Guided to site, great restaurant on site, small store, nature trail, on the water, canoes and kayaks for rent. Stayed in a motorhome, large sites with cement pads. Stayed four nights, very clean, paid $22 per night with ppa. Will definitely stay here again. People very friendly staff and residents.
