For Daytona RV Park And Tropical Gardens: Clean no frills park. Whoever designed this place knows nothing about RVs nor utilities. Small dumpster and no trash pickup at site. Depending on the site you are assigned, you will need either power and water extensions OR sewer extensions. There are pull in and back in sites that alternate. Our sewer was 30ft from the power. Some will have sewer on one side of the rig and water power on the other. The waters smells like Afro-sheen. That said, the sites are nice and very wide. We likely will stay here again.

For Daytona RV Park And Tropical Gardens: Here for Bikeweek. Made reservations 6mths ago & pd in full, as well as our friends were meeting from NC. Asked for 2 spots together, told not a prob, we had 2 spots side by side. Confirmed this 1 month before coming as well as couple weeks before. 2 days before arrival, we were contacted that we’ve been moved & not together. Then our friends arrive, they have no spot, WHAT! No 50 amp service, well there is but first come first serve, so now having to run big rig on 30 amp. Management is lacking, dog poop not cleaned, trash overflowing. There is no Tiki lounge or pool or pond to fish. Website is false about. Full timers told us park has new owners, 2 yrs, just hasn’t updated website. Will never stay here again or recommend this park.

For Daytona RV Park And Tropical Gardens: First: This is a rather Do-It-Yourself kind of park.....we were first directed to one site with three other RV's tethered to the electric/water, had to add a splitter to share the water. We had to pull in with our front up to the rear of the coach behind us or back in to that coach, but our power cord would not reach. So we moved to another site, but we directed to kind of "look around" and see if we liked one or another.....hmmmm.
All grass/sandy spots but all very wide with tons of room. As with all parks, the WiFi is iffy at best, good water pressure though. Very quiet but for the many motorcycle residents. I imagine this would be a good park during BikeWeek or any Daytona race. Note: there are no "Tropical Gardens", this park is behind a commercial building, bordered by a container storage site, cesspool, and other commercial site. Big Note: the trash has not been removed all week, the dumpster is over-flowing and very bad.
Probably would not stay here again.
