For Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort: Beach access but dunes block beach views. This park is filled with park model units and each site is owned...yet little to no personalization is done to the sites. The roads are sand/dirt and the sites are cement. The entrance is gated and there is a very nice pool. Pricey but worth it if you want beach front access.
