For Manatee Hammock Park: Had hoped to get into Wickham Park over Thanksgiving break; we love hiking in the woods there but alas it was full. Was a little concerned about how full it was and all the smokey fires but turn out well. I could enjoy a fire through my windshield without and work or smoke. One astute young man noted there were more dogs than Manatees’ and the dogs all enjoyed each other’s company. Lots of squirrels, fenced in area for dogs to run, lots of wide open spaces down by the Indian River along with the dock. Lots of over the air the TV channels. Entertaining to see all the kids on bikes and folks and dogs walking by. I like it here!

For Manatee Hammock Park: Level site, full hookups, everything worked. Inexpensive but seems well-maintained. We will definitely be back!

For Manatee Hammock Park: We spent 15 nights on a large corner pull-through with W/S/E-50 Amp. Our site was not level, littered with tree roots and sandy. During our first dump the sewer line backed-up. We informed maintenance and they resolved the issue by snaking the line. Hurricane Irma cleanup work was still being done around the park. The Wi-Fi was good. The laundry room wasn’t clean. The park is conveniently located 4 minutes from the American Police Hall of Fame, 7 minutes from downtown Titusville and 12 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center. Overall, we would rate this campground as “Fairâ€; you get what you pay for ($26/night). We would look for other options before staying here again.

The Duckbill
For Manatee Hammock Park: Would return as it was nice and friendly. Lots of shade and pleasant feeling.
