For Atlanta-Marietta RV Resort: Really rundown and not as pictured.
I would not recommend to anyone.
Not a good value at all.
County parks in the area are much nicer.

For Atlanta-Marietta RV Resort: This is an old RV Resort that was out in the country years ago but is now a wooded oasis smack dab in the middle of an urban setting. Delayed maintenance is evident. Its main attraction is its proximity to downtown Atlanta. It is 16 miles via I-75 to the city center including many attractions like the Georgia World Congress Center, the CNN building, Coca Cola headquarters, College Football Hall of Fame and other attractions. A big benefit for us is that it is about 2 miles from Life University in Marietta which our granddaughter is attending.
The daily/weekly sites are back-in and are larger and much more accessible than I was led to believe by other reviews I read. Full hookups, cable TV and wifi all help make it an OK place to stay. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. This is not a resort in the usual sense of the word but it does have an element of nostalgic charm and we enjoyed staying there for six nights while visiting our granddaughter and being tourists in downtown Atlanta. We plan to stay there again the next time we visit our granddaughter.

For Atlanta-Marietta RV Resort: We stayed here for a week 6/29/15 to 7/6/15. This place is a good place to stay. It is rustic but charming in it's own right. It is convenient to Atlanta for the conference that we were attending. Laundry and restrooms were clean and big. Unlike other reviewers we don't expect perfection just a nice place to stay. The people here were nice and helpful with park questions and local attraction info. Everyone around us (campers) were nice and friendly. We would stay here again.

For Atlanta-Marietta RV Resort: The resort looks good on paper, pictures look nice, amenities list seem to have it all, signage was good, but the park is not that in reality.
I stayed there for 3 days of business meetings, then an additional 2 days for spending time at the Silver Comet Trail (which it was pretty convenient) and drive to Alpharetta to the Big Creek Greenway.
The sites have severely degraded due to heavy rigs and asphalt or concrete structure not intended for that much weight. They were rutted pretty badly, but fortunately, it was an equal problem on both sides.
The cable never worked for us, and the wifi was typical, overloaded for the number of users, so bandwidth was pretty slim.
The place does not have a camping feel at all, and the management team there seems stressed over their job. There are a lot of long term renters in the park, probably 60-70%.
The one pro for this place is access to north Atlanta and all it has to offer. Probably would not stay there again.
