For Beauty Creek Campground: Delightful park just off the freeway. Quiet, no road noise. We lucked out on a Sunday night when a reserved site opened up.

Lori

For Beauty Creek Campground: We stayed here overnight while on a road trip and found it to be a nice alternative to nearby RV parks. While I wouldn’t necessarily make a longer stay here, it’s was a sweet overnight spot with some sites in the trees.

Frieda

For Beauty Creek Campground: The drive in from the interstate was a lovely, winding road at the lake’s edge. Quiet, small national forest campground with pit toilets and water, no hookups at sites. Level sites with a variety of lengths (longer rigs will want to reserve ahead—we’re in a 24’ sprinter van and can park anywhere), a couple double wide spots, some heavily treed, some sunnier. Host was friendly and gracious. The place tends to fill overnight given its proximity to the interstate—host was willing to allow us to set up in a parking area (reduced price) since we’re self-contained, if neither of the remaining sites were workable...also said since most visitors are in need of sleep when they arrive late in the day, they do what they can to put people up even if full.

Boameister

For Beauty Creek Campground: Lots of tent spots and four of them have protective coverings you can either camp under or put the tables under. There's a pump for fresh water a a couple toilet buildings spaced out accordingly. Prob key not a great spot for the ever increasing in size behemoth RV's out there, but I like it. It's plain Jane, but it beat the last NF place which didn't have any water. I simply want a toilet, a flat spot, fresh water and if possible, a table to make me a happy camper!

For Beauty Creek Campground: August 2014: $10 with Golden age pass. Paved road and site. Sites are very small, mostly for small campers and tents. 1 - way road through campground was so narrow that trees were brushing both sides of my motorhome. And the last mile before reaching the campground was so narrow that I wouldn't want to meet someone coming the other way. I won't come back.
