For Sagehen Creek Campground: Sage hen creek campground is acceptable. The limited amenities are kept clean and functional by the campground hosts. The worst part of this campground is that it is located in an open range area of a National Forest which means cows! Cows wandering through your site grazing and leaving their "deposits" right in your site (next to your picnic table) is unacceptable to us. We are not against open range and we love our National Forest campgrounds it is just that they are not compatible.
