For Falls Campground: One of my favorite forest camps. Sites are spaced far enough away from each other. Clean and well maintained. One of the reasons I like the campground so much is the wildlife and it’s on the river. The only downside is so many people who camp think that they have the “right” to let their dogs bark and don’t understand the concept of the leash law.

For Falls Campground: The road to this campground is quite nice now. It’s paved except for the last mile which is a good gravel road with a few washboard places. No problem for our low clearance. The water falls from falls creek into the snake river is a short 1.1 miles away. The only campsite that has a view of the water and access to the water is number 15, which is a double sight and cannot be booked at half price with the inter-agency pass. There are several paths to upriver spots were you could take chairs and watch the water. A moose has come through the camp twice this week. The road around the campground is currently full of huge potholes. We had two bars on T-Mobile here.

For Falls Campground: Nice campground. Level sites and well spaced. Most are partially shaded. Seemed clean and well maintained. Road from the Highway to the campground is bad though. Narrow, wash boarded and rough. Bring your backing skills, no turnouts if you meet something.

For Falls Campground: Nice primitive campground. Bring your bug spray. Would visit again.
