For Fireside Resort: The good: restrooms and showers were clean. Plenty of hot water. Pull through sites. Laundry room that look to be in good working order. The not so good: playground (gym set) is broken down and surrounded by yellow caution tape. Same with the dump site. Some aged picnic tables at some sites; some sites had none. A general feeling of being run down and neglected except for the main office ? which was not open while we were there ? and the shower room. Close to highway / truck traffic 24/7. No ice available. We arrived before sunset and left about 930 the next morning. Never saw a manager or staff person. We have a class B motorhome.

For Fireside Resort: This was the first time we took our RV out and I was pleased with the campsite. The manager was very nice and returned my calls in a timely manner. The bathrooms and showers in the lodge were spacious and clean. The pool was not open, but that wasn't a problem for us. I thought there would be more trees, but that probably would have created problems for us. When we go that direction again, we will try to stay here again.
